Strategy days, away days and sessions for moments of change, facilitated with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. We agree what the day must achieve, everyone builds and shares, and the team leaves with shared priorities. Afterwards, one-to-one coaching for the people who want it, so the plan carries on.

INDIVIDUAL 1-2-1
COACHING

For leaders, and for women who want to speak up, back their own judgement and ask for what they are worth. Six-session packages or single sessions. We start by getting clear on what you actually value, which is often different from what you've been told to value, then work through what's stopping you from acting on it.

PERSONAL BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY

For when the world needs to see who you actually are. Editorial portraits that show personality and make people want to work with you. Not stiff corporate headshots, but images of the woman you actually are, ready for LinkedIn, your website and press. I direct you through the whole session, so you don’t need to know what to do in front of a camera. That part is my job.

Meet Agata

For ten years I have been, in effect, a strategy and persuasion facilitator. I take a room of senior, strong-minded people with competing views and help them agree what they stand for, then shape the case that persuades a client to choose them on high-value bids. Until now I have done that for clients, mostly on a screen. Now I do it for you.

I started as an occupational therapist, helping people do what matters to them. I read rooms for a living: who speaks, who goes quiet, where the tension sits. That is why I coach individuals as well as facilitating teams.
